ShiftNook and this website are provided by Alamo Wang. These terms explain use of the website and related ShiftNook services. For the app license distributed through Apple, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms supplement that license and do not replace your mandatory consumer rights.

Personal planning
ShiftNook helps you organize personal schedules, work records, and optional pay estimates. It is not an employer’s official scheduling system, a payroll service, or an emergency alert service. Confirm shifts and attendance requirements with your employer.
Version 1 features are free, with no advertisements, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. This does not promise that every future product or service will be free. Any future paid offering will have its price and terms presented separately before a purchase.
Your records and sharing
You retain your rights to records, images, and other material you enter. Only import, use, or share material you are authorized to handle. Respect other people’s privacy, employer rules, and applicable law.
You choose whether to use iCloud, send an invitation, or export a file. Check the selected dates, recipients, and file contents before sharing. Removing access cannot recall screenshots, exports, or other copies already held by a recipient. Keep backups of records you need.
Estimates and imported drafts
Pay figures are planning estimates based on the details you enter. They are not a payslip or tax calculation and do not automatically apply overtime, premiums, deductions, benefits, or employer-specific payroll rules. Different currencies should be reviewed separately.
Image recognition and text assistance may interpret a roster incorrectly. Check the year, date order, person, shift labels, and overnight times before applying a draft. You remain responsible for the records you choose to save or share.
Compatibility and reminders
Availability depends on your device, operating system, permissions, Apple services, and feature settings. The app supports iOS and iPadOS 15 or later; the Watch companion requires watchOS 9 or later. Some widgets, controls, on-device assistance, and system alarms need newer systems or compatible hardware.
Reminders can be affected by device settings, permissions, Focus, changes to schedules, and system limits. Check the app’s reminder status and keep another way to confirm important commitments. Sync and sharing also depend on connectivity and Apple service availability.
Responsible use and ownership
Use the website and app lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to infringe another person’s rights.
The ShiftNook name, app artwork, website design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your rights in your own records remain yours. Apple, iCloud, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. This website is not an Apple service.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep ShiftNook useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will suit every schedule. Features may change as the app and supported systems develop. The website and related services are provided as available to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. The app license and applicable law govern any limits of liability. These terms do not create a separate arbitration requirement or waive mandatory consumer protections.

Read the Privacy Policy for information about device records, optional iCloud services, sharing, website hosting, and support emails.
